Screening - Wilhelmina Godfrey: A Forgotten Artist

Join the Buffalo Center for Arts & Technology and the Burchfield Penney Art Center for the premiere screening of Wilhelmina Godfrey: A Forgotten Artist on Saturday, February 1st, at 2 PM. Created by youth makers in conjunction with the exhibition Wilhelmina Godfrey: I Am What I Am, this short documentary celebrates the life and work of Buffalo artist Wilhelmina Godfrey. Through archival footage and photographs, the film offers a vibrant tribute to her passion for the creative process and her enduring legacy. A Q&A with the youth artists will follow the screening.
