BCAT’s Fine Arts classes invite youth to develop their creative voice through hands-on exploration in drawing, painting, mixed media, and sculpture. Grounded in self-expression and cultural awareness, the program encourages students to experiment with materials, refine technique, and connect their artistic practice to personal and social themes.
